New Online Services for Permit & License Application
In an announcement from Forsyth County a new process for customers to submit applicattions online for building permits, business and alcohol licenses, inspections and land demelopment plans.
The new EnerGov Customer Self Service software will replace Govern, eStatus and Eplan soluctions software on the county's website.
Lidl Opens New Market
Lidl, the German-based supermarket company, plans to open its new location in Forsyth County on Wednesday, May 27, the company's 100th location in the U.S.
But due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will be no ribbon-cutting ceremony. The store, located at 2985 Peachtree Parkway, will have a soft opening and begin operation with many of the measures that grocery stores around the country have implemented to follow health guidelines.
