Humane Society's I Need A Last Name Dog....

The Humane Society of Forsyth County is celebratating 45 years of service this year.  Each quarter we have highlighted a dog or cat that may need a little special attention.  Amy Comstock, Board of Director Member puts a human touch to these animals.  Please enjoy the article from March all about Princess Angela.

What About Me?

Hi FoCo people! My name is Angela and I am 1 ½ years old! When I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful black & white Border Collie Mix!

I am 55 pounds of cuddly love! Yeppers, I do love my humans & I love to cuddle with them. They love me, too! If you remember, I was in a recent issue of this totally cool magazine! Sadly, no one came forth to adopt me. So, now that I have been here so long, they have made me part of the HSFC Staff! Look at me work the computer! I am proficient in Microsoft Woof, um, I mean Word! Anyway, I asked my boss Justine why no one wants to take me home? She said it is because I have a little bit of a Princess Complex with the other animals. Well, I said, “if the crown fits!” She says the right person will come along...someone who wants to spoil an only child. I would love that! Princess Angela...she who rules! You know what? I would take real good care of my human! I would play ball with them and if they are up for it, I would go walking & hiking! I am very good on a leash! So, in addition to being their princess, I would also be their workout trainer! How cool is that? You want to know something else about me? I keep my kennel very clean! You

know, on paper, I sound pretty good! I think that anyone who is looking for a special fur child should come and check me out! Just call the shelter and tell them that you would like audience with Princess Angela! I will make sure to fit you into my schedule! You don’t even have to curtsy...just give me lots of love!

So, what do you think? What about me? Here is my info!
