Investigators claim the drugs were shipped from out of state, and that the drugs would have been worth nearly $1 million on the street.

Kevin Joseph Marrero was arrested Tuesday
Marrero signed for the delivery of nearly 200 pounds of high-grade marijuana and 1,200 cartridges of THC oil cartridges.
