Everyone always wants the greener grass on the other side.  It is true classmates that buy their lunch want their friends packed lunch.  Teens and people of all ages  are envious of their friends new phone, or a new car.

A question was asked to numerous home owners on what they wanted most in their homes.  You would have that it was a pool, new floors, movie room, but no a Walk-in pantry was the winner.  Walk-in pantries took 30.2% of the voite in a recent survey of 500 people.  The reasons behind this is so many people shop in bulk with their busy life style, so storing the purchases can be a problem.  No one likes the "stuff" sitting out taking up floor and counter space.

Aoording to HomeAdvisor, the average cost of a walk-in closed is about $1500.00.  If you need to do additional construction like knocking out walls or electric work a, you can expect the cost to go up.

Walk-in pantry holds the top position of items people most regret followed by Granite countetops, kitch island and tankless water heater.  With the top three being kitchen features, proving that function trumps style in hardwaorking spaces.
