Casa Nuova serves up $1000 donation to Forsyth County’s United Way

Maria Fundora, owner of Casa Nuova Italian Restaurant, presented United Way of Forsyth County with a check for $1000.  The donation was part of the recent United We Dine event held at Casa Nuova, located at 5670 Atlanta Highway in Alpharetta. “We are thrilled to present this check to United Way of Forsyth County and thank our patrons for their support,” Fundora stated when presenting the check.

Community involvement and business partnerships are keys to the efforts set forth by United Way of Forsyth County. 
“A percentage of the proceeds for a restaurant's United We Dine day go to United Way of Forsyth County to help programs and services right here in our community,” explained Ruth Goode, United Way of Forsyth County Executive Director.    
Other restaurants who have participated in this program include Marie’s Italian Deli, Twisted Taco, Chef Kern’s, Norman’s Landing, Taco Mac, Giorgio’s, and Mellow Mushroom.
