Forsyth County Schools' transportation system will change the bus pass system this coming school year.

Bus passes have been used by parents to request a change in their child's normal bus routine. Schools have too many bus pass requests. They want to return to the system where they allowed students to make changes in their typical bus routines for emergency situations only.  The exception is the complicated schedule that has to be worked out for child daycare. The board realizes how important it is and is working to make it part of the bus schedules.
