The Third Annual Christmas in Central Park will be expanded to include Sunday! The dates for this Holiday event have been set - Saturday, November 17th, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Up to 120 artists and vendors will be selling unique crafts and other items. Other family entertainment will be offered: Pictures with Santa, Rides on Wayne's Train, musical entertainment. The Sugar Plum Cafe will be hosted by Country Gourmet. On Saturday evening at 5:30 p.m., the "Lighting of the Tree" will occur. This is a great family event, a great time to shop for Christmas presents, and a great way to start the holiday season! This event is presented by the Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department and the Sawnee Artists Association. The Central Park Recreation Center is located on Keith Bridge Road near GA 400.
